I can't log into National Product Catalogue - Publisher

The steps below will help to trouble-shoot your problem if you cannot login.

 

  • If you have not signed into the National Product Catalogue before then we may need to create a logon for you - call GS1 Support Team on 0800 10 23 56 or email support@gs1nz.org to create an account. We may also need to run a quick training session and/or require you to attend a Webinar.
  • Make sure you are on National Product Catalogue - Publisher and not the 'Recipient' version.

  • Ensure you are using the correct GLN for your company. If you cannot remember this then please give GS1 Support Team a call on 0800 10 23 56.
