How do I Resubmit a Pending Failure?

Once you have submitted a ProductFlow application, GS1 will process it and you will either receive a "Pass" report or a "Pending Failure" report. These Pending Failures need to be reviewed as soon as they are received, as you only have 2 days to correct the issues. If you do not "Submit for Recheck" it will be assumed that the changes have not been made and the Pending Failure will be upgraded to a Fail status and then passed onto your Retailer

Re-Submission Via MyGS1.

Once you have corrected the highlighted issue/s you will need to resubmit the application:

Step 1: Log into MyGS1

Step 2: Click "Verify your Barcode Scans"

Step 3: Click "Search Past Reports"

Step 4: Identify the application (if looking for more than one we recommend using the dates fields)

Step 5: Select the report(s)

Step 6: Click "Submit application for recheck" and "Send Recheck" (you can submit more than one at one time)

Note the Status will change from "Pending Failure" to "Recheck"

 

Alternatively, you can resubmit via the report email

Step 1: Open the report email.

Step 2: Click the "here" link under the "Fixing Report Issues" section

Step 3: Identify the application (if looking for more than one we recommend using the date fields)

Step 4: Select the report(s)

Step 5: Click "Submit application for recheck" and "Send Recheck" (you can submit more than one at one time).
